Meet Emma

Hi, I’m Emma Cross, an Accredited Practising Dietitian and the founder of Sunny Days Nutrition.

I support women and couples through some of the most important and vulnerable seasons of life; trying to conceive, pregnancy, and the postpartum period.

My approach combines evidence-based nutrition with compassionate, personalised care. I believe nutrition shouldn’t feel overwhelming or restrictive. Instead, it should help you feel confident, nourished and supported as your body moves through each stage of motherhood.

As a mum myself to four beautiful children, I understand that life during this season can be joyful, exhausting, beautiful and chaotic all at once. That lived experience shapes the way I work with clients through practical strategies, realistic nutrition, and support that fits into real life.
